Activision vs. Infinity Ward: Modern Warfare

"Although it is a meaningful payment it is only a small portion of what we are seeking in litigation.", sagde advokaten Bruce Isaac, der repræsenterer Infinity Wards tidligere ansatte, og han fortsætter: "It is outrageous that they made us wait, they obviously knew they owed the money and this just shows that they breached the contract."

English version:

Yup, it's this one again. The trial involving Activision and Infinity Ward is definitely not easy to avoid, and especially not when Activision just payed the former staff of Infinity Ward $42 million. That's right: $42 million. That's a lot of money and it will be distributed among 40 individuals for their work on Modern Warfare 2 but do not make the mistake and think this is over.

"Although it is a meaningful payment it is only a small portion of what we are seeking in litigation.", said Bruce Isaac, the attorney representing the former staff, and he continues: "It is outrageous that they made us wait, they obviously knew they owed the money and this just shows that they breached the contract." They hope to get a payment between $75 million and $125 million at the end of the trial. So once again: do not think this is over.
